hi, just wondering if anyone here has been on the "non-tame" version of Mission Space. if so is it as gut wrenching as people say? i rarely get motion sickness or anything like that but there's been so many stories about this ride and as much as i'd love to try the regular version i don't want to step out and feel like i was trampled by elephants.

Thanks! :thumbsup2

I did not get any motion sickness when I rode it last summer. However, my head hurt and I felt strange for the rest of the day. By the next day, I felt normal again. Because of this, I won't ride it (the non-tame version) again. However, I am planning to ride the tame version next trip. My step-son, who rode with me, felt fine.

this is EXACTLY how i felt after riding it and how i plan to ride it next time.

Tens of thousands (Hundreds of thousands?) of guests have ridden it with no ill effects.

Some folks don't like it, some love it.

I have ridden the fully-loaed version a dozen or so times.

My wife prefers the "less intense" version, however.

I would say if you get motion sickness at all dont do it or take something for it before riding. I dont get motion sickness so I really enjoyed it, have ridden it about 6 times.

I get pretty dizzy from the Gravitron at Carnivals, this isnt as bad as the gravitron at all I think. If you pay attention to the screen you should be fine. I only feel a little dizzy for about 10 minutes afterwards and then Im fine.

There is something psychological about being told every 3 seconds that you might get sick on this ride. If you can get beyond that and don't get motion sick, give it a try. The power of suggestion is pretty powerful for me. I rode it last summer. Got off. Felt a bit woozy and was fine within ten minutes or so. I don't get motion sick, but spinning isn't fun for me. Listen to the cm's. Look at the screen. Don't close your eyes. Don't look to the left or right.
