Mission Space Question

Hey everyone,

I have a quick question on Mission Space. Last year I chickened out and didn't ride it. I am 40 years old and have had high blood pressure since I was 30. I have it under control with medication, but still would be considered someone with high blood pressure. Can anyone tell me how fast Mission Space actually goes. Last year I went on Test Track and did fine. Rock and Rollercoaster was not that good for me. I felt light headed after that one. I did fine on TOT. No problems there.

My question is is Mission Space faster then Rock and Rollercoaster and if I couldn't handel that would I be able to handle Mission Space. I really want to try it but don't want to end up seeing a doctor that day either. Any advice would be helpful.

I think the thing that got me with the MGM Rollercoaster was that 0 to 60 launch. Does Mission Space do that type of thing. Thanks.

I would ask your doctor if you are concerned. The reason I say that is Mission Space has seen more then the average amount of people getting sick. Also, if I understand corrrectly... Mission space is a large centrafuge.

Since our last trip I have back problems, neck problems, hip problems ... but I am just stupid enough to take a jet ski out into the ocean off daytona during hurricane season...so... I will be going on all the rides anyway. I may not be able to walk by the time I hit 50 but by god I am going to enjoy it now... hahahahahahaha

For high blood pressure I would say, ask your doc.

I must say, this is the first ride I've been on that had a rack of barf bags when you entered. I was dreading the smell the most, but there wasn't any. Thank God!

Yeah, I get that alot! LOL I don't mind one bit. I love it when we go to a Disney theme park and some cast member asks "Is your husband's name Jim dear?" (For the record it's not) or "Are you going to name your kids Wendy, Micheal, and John?" It's fun!
