None of us want to ride but I was wondering if it is worth walking around in (if there is even a way to do that). Are there any walk thru exhibits that would interest young boys?

The bit at the end (after you get off the ride) is pretty neat, I think. There's a collective computer game you can play (I think it can take about 30 people at a time, though I may be mis-remembering). DS and I enjoyed it. This area goes out through the (inevitable) gift shop, so it seems you might be able to get into that area by going in through the gift shop. It's worth checking out if it's not too crowded.

I didn't want to ride it either, but had to for ds sake. It was really cool. I don't think there is alot to see while in line, but you can go in through the gift shop and participate in some stuff after the ride.

If you get your nerve up, ride it. I'm a person who has some motion sickness and I survived. Keep your eyes open and look straight ahead at the monitor. I had to take it easy for awhile afterwards but was ok.

I agree with 10drum.

Lots of rides make me motion sick - I refuse to go on the tea cups because I feel so sick afterwards.

I decided not to go on Mission space because of all the warnings - somehow I ended up on the ride. I followed the instructions, which is easy to do, and was fine, not even a little queasy.

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the ride - DH didn't think we were spinning at all!!

Give it a whirl :hyper:
