Mission Space height restriction??

Anyone have any knowledge as to what the height restriction may be on this new ride? I really can't get a feel from the descriptions I have read so far as to how "thrilling" this ride will be. I love what I have read so far about the pre-show and the interactive stuff at the end sounds very family oriented but I wonder about the ride itself. My girls and I will be at WDW in late August and we would all love to check it out. My 8yo is about 50" and my 6yo probably 46ish, both have done every ride they are tall enough for.

According to Birnbaum's 2003 guide, riders will have to be at least 44" to ride. Sounds like your DD will be fine! My five year old DS is going to be a little to short probably.....Susan

Yeah -thanks susan. Now I just have to read enough to determine if its appropriate for them. I won't be ablet to ride first since I won't haven another adult.
