Miss Tilly's funnel???

I wonder if any of you can answer this question. When DH and i went on our honeymoon in August 04, TLs Miss Tilly was sounding her horn but no longer spouting water as in previous year. Is this still the case and if so, does anyone know why she doesn't spout water any more?

Oh I would like to know this too....I love Typhoon Lagoon and Ms. Tilly and the sprout of water!!! Does anyone know?????

I asked in 2001 and they said it was due to WATER RESTRICTIONS.
