If someone could please tell me how to exactly get from Boardwalk to Grand Floridan (easiest way)?

Also, one more question that requires a little more detail:

We'll be going from Grand Floridian just to visit resort briefly on last day (after Boardwalk 9:15 a.m. breakfast) to Contemporary's Wave for an early lunch, right at noon opening time. We'd also like to visit briefly. We'd like to have a later afternoon flight (1.5 hour flight + 2 hour advance time in terminal before flight). I have heard when you have a later flight, you can go anywhere in the park but must be back at resort (even after you check out). How many hours do you have to be back at resort before magical express takes you to the airport? Also, I assume you check out the morning before you go to breakfast, etc. Does anyone know this process and could you please explain it to me??

Quickest easiest way from resort to resort is always a cab.

You can also go to the park that is nearest the resort you want to end up at. So for GF, you would want to take a bus to MK.

You can get the details for RAC (Resort Airline Checkout) and ME on the Transportation board.

The gist is that ME picks you up three hours before your flight and you must be at the stop no later than 15 minutes before - the ME bus leaves three hours before your flight. All the details will be on your door the night before you check out.

If you are flying out on a participating airline, you can use the RAC from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm to check your baggage to go back to the airport.

Again, check the sticky at the top of the transportation board for participating airlines and more info.

So:

1. Check out when you are ready to leave in the morning and use RAC to check your bags and get BPs (if you didn't get them the day before) for your flight home. Leave any carry-on bags with bell services. Tips are customary at both RAC and bell services.
   
2. Have breakfast.
   
3. Take cab to GF, or bus to MK then boat or monorail to GF.
   
4. Take monorail to CR from GF for lunch.
   
5. After lunch, walk to MK or take monorail to MK, then take bus back to BW in time to collect any bags from bell services, use the restroom, etc. and be at the DME pick-up spot 15 minutes before your scheduled departure (which will be about three hours before your flight time).
