I just made them and Yummy!!!
I bought a bag of dry choc. chip cookie mix. I added what the bag said - 1 stick of softened butter and 1 egg. Then I added a few drops of green food coloring and a teaspoon or so of peppermint extract. They are so good!!
I got the idea from 30 Minute Meals today. Gotta love Rachael Ray!
