Found a minivan rental for 9 days mid-October from Sixt for $362.08 ($345.16 if prepay/noncancel) at MCO Orlando. Anyone use Sixt? Is this a good rate for a minivan? Budget with Travelocity code x474200 is $415.69.

Any thoughts? Apparently Sixt is new to Orlando. They are a big rental company in Europe. They are off airport and have a shuttle. Takes about 5 minutes. Reviews seem pretty good.

You can also use E-Coupon MUGZ029 for $30 off with Budget so brings it down to $385 when coupon is applied when return vehicle. No charge for Additional Driver with Budget.

I found the following with Sixt:

An Additional Driver Surcharge of USD 10 per day + local tax applies at the location.

Budget coupon MUGZ029 for $30 expires on 6/30/12. Hopefully another one will come along soon.

An extra driver is nice, but it's ok with me to let hubby do all the driving :rotfl2:

Sixt rents many different Mercedes and BMWs. Now hubby wants to rent the Mercedes SLK convertible instead of the minivan....ughhhhh!! I should not have let him see this site. My husband HATES minivans, so he is now begging to rent a BMW or Mercedes. SHould NOT have shown him the website!
