Miniatures for advent house

I am thinking of buying this neat Christmas Advent house that I found at all places, Cracker Barrel.
Its a little pricey, but it is very nicely made and plays different songs with every door you open in the house.
However, it does not come with anything to put within the different doors.
So....
where is a cheap place that I could either find different miniature ornaments or miniature Christmas figures.
I want 25 different ones. (1 for each of the doors)

Is this for kids to open?

I have been doing this since my oldest dd was three. My girls are 15,13 and 11 now and I've run out of ideas.

Oriental trading, ebay, or a party shop are good places. Last year I bought some very inexpensive Christmas italian charms for bracelets on ebay.

I think places like JoAnns or Michaels sell packs of wood miniature ornaments. Hallmark makes a line of miniature ornaments but that could get real pricey, real quick, but maybe a special one for the last day.
