Just a quick note, I am going to be working on the mini meets this weekend.. Please if you have preferences on days and times, let me know here and I will try to work them in, working around scheduled events and coordinating with Linda... Thanks..

Hi Marsha!
I don't have a preference for a day or time for the Dole Whip meet. I know that Aloha Isle doesn't open until 11 or 11:30, but I'm not sure of the exact time. The only event I was planning on attending (so far) is the Thrill Ride Meet. I'm pretty flexible, I don't have an itinerary going yet!

I don't have a preference, per se, but I think we discussed having the Fantasyland Meet on Thursday or Friday morning (at park opening or so), because Saturday would get a little busier with the locals. But any of those 3 days will be find. We only need about 2 or 3 hours.

For some reason, I have a tentative day of Friday for the GF Tea. I am planning on doing the Thrill Ride tour on Thursday and was thinking I would join Tia's Fantasyland tour, too. (I'm just a big ol' kid at heart!) SInce we have Dining Around the World on Saturday at 5:00, I thought Friday would be the better day. Thanks! As you can see, there are a few of us that have absolutely nothing better to do than obsess over this convention!!! LOL But, we're having fun doing it!!

Okay, in this case, maybe having the Fantasyland Meet on Saturday at park opening (not neccessarily at EE but possibly ) would be best.......that way the Thrill Ride group will be able to join us also.

Is the Yuletide tour a 'night tour'? Or is this a day tour?

Are you going to post a list of all the mini-meets here soon? I think it would be a huge help for all us obsessive planners! LOL
Seriously, since, to my knowledge, events only registration hasn't reopened yet we will have to plan on the mini meets as our way of doing DIS CON. If that's the price we have to pay for being a little slow in deciding to go, then so be it - at least we'll be there!

OK. working on this today.. I have just printed everything out, have the spreadsheet in front of me.. but can I say this.. YIKES...... the more obsessive you guys get, the harder it makes it me for me.. so hopefully this will be ok with everyone.. It goes to Linda first and she will discuss it with our Leader and then, she will post it.. I would assume.. Everyone step back, take a deep breath...and we will get this out.. If it is any consolation, I have no idea where I am going on what night.. Those commando days are gone for me,,, I just like to go with the flow and have fun and relax.. Maybe it is an age thing.. LOLOLOL...

As for the Singles, it looks like we are going to meet during the Atlantic Dance function so that will be easy.

Also earlier on Wednesday November 28th a few of us will be having lunch at Akershus at 2:30 pm and probably hanging around together for a bit afterwards... maybe taking a ride on the Maelstrom.

So no need for people to sign up for this one really. Should be good!

That's right, Marsha, don't worry about us. We're just doing this to get our daily Disney fix until the convention. We're all very flexible and we'll do what we can, when we can. We appreciate all the work that you and Linda have done and will have to do. Seriously, if you need any help, there are lots of us willing to pitch in and do anything you need done.

I posted on the DVC board and PM'd people who had responded to a previous post about attending a meet, and I got a few responses back; I'm thinking about a DVC meet on Wednesday, November 28th, at the Boardwalk at 8-ish so that anyone attending the convention can attend the DVC meet right after the Atlantic Dance event. How does that sound?
