Hi!

I'm going to DW Jan 31-Feb 8 with my family! I have a question about mini golf at Disney...we want to do it while we're there, but which course is best for a 5 and 10 yr old who haven't played golf before? They both look fun to me. Could someone please help?

We really enjoyed winter Summerland. I think that would be fun for those ages. I haven't done fantasia gardens so I can't comment on that really.

The theming at Winter-Summerland is cute and kids like it. Fantasia is pretty but we prefer Winter-Summerland by far.

We've done both before and prefer Fantasia. I should probably add that I am a music teacher. :)

Thank you all for your help! We'll try Winter Summerland this trip and plan on Fantasia when they're a little older.

Have played both -- WS is good for anyone, since it is Santa in Summer and Winter (two separate courses, and two separate fees).

Fantasia is better/more enjoyable if you've seen the movie at least once so the characters/themes/designs have some context. (Fantasia is my favorite!)

WinterSummerland is much easier, so I would suggest that for kids who have never played.

Fantasia Gardens is a bit more challenging.

My son likes winter summer land the best, he is 6. But just to let you know, the winter course is closed for refurbishment, I think thru February.

We have played at Fantasia....It's cute and the kids liked the theming (9 and 6 then), but it was definitely a bit harder than normal mini golf.

We have done both on different trips. We found W/S to be more child themed and easy. You will finish quickly (assuming it is not busy and you don't have to wait for others in front of you). We found Fantasia to be more enjoyable and more relaxed. The theming is really fun. If we could only do one, we would do Fantasia Gardens.
