Ah, that was so nice to "go" to MK with you! I didn't get to see any of the webcam stuff this weekend, but have been seeing some pictures on blogs, etc.

I totally want to go for the 50th! That will be my older DD's first year of COLLEGE!! OMG! Funny how she keeps getting older, but I don't seem to age!

Sounds like the girls are having a great trip to the beach!

Was your first trip (with Brooklynn) in 2008? That was ours, and gosh-it's amazing how much has changed in just 3 years, isn't it? Just think what the next 10 will bring us. I read the rumors of what Disney has up their sleeves, it sure will be fun to watch it all fall into place over time.

MeMom, your pictures were wonderful, thanks for sharing! I think a trip at the 50th sounds perfect I think you are correct about men not wanting people to see them when they are not strong. I imagine grandpa probably didn't want any of us there. His status hadn't really changed over the weekend but he was non responsive today and I received word today that he is being moved to hospice tonight after 7pm. His doctor thinks he only has 1-2 days left to live, so my husband and I plan to drive to KC tomorrow to see him one last time. If he passes before we get there, though, that will be ok.

The Fisherman's Pie was one of our favorite things at the Food and Wine Festival! Yum! Yum! Yum!

I'm thinking that will make my list this year, since I have never had scallops. I don't really predict that I will like them, but I like to give new things a try when at F&W.

Loved all the pictures of MK! Sure wish I had been there on Saturday. We will definitely be there for the 50th. Did you know that there is a time capsule at the Boardwalk that is to be open on the 50th? Jeremy and I have been looking at the resort and it is supposed to be near the chandelier in the lobby.

Less than two weeks now.

The girls are enjoying the beach. They went and played mini-golf today. Jill said she might be able to make some money off of that adventure on America's Funniest Videos.

Aw, love the Magic Kingdom montage! I love the feeling of magic you feel when you are there and these pictures gave me a little taste of that. Thanks MeMom.

I try to take pictures that help others feel like they are standing right in the same spot. Some of them are probably strange and some are ordinary, but I know what I am going for, so it's nice when someone else does, too.

The girls played some mini-golf. Jill messaged a few minutes ago that she was putting them to bed early, as they had had no naps.

The webcam was good for some parts, but I didn't see a lot happening Sunday, but I was in and out of a deep sleep. I kept trying to make myself wake up, but I wasn't having any luck. I think I saw them walking through Epcot at some point, and I am sure they were trying some interesting food.

Brooklynn was 10 months old on her first trip so that was 2007.

Bruce has almost eaten our girls several times, but he always ends up letting them go without harm.

YAY EPCOT! It's so great how much time you guys spend in the Seas pavilion, I feel it is so neglected, yet it has so much to offer and the Bruce photo op is great! That's so funny how the sword pen picture makes it look like Jill is stabbing her nose

Happy Friday.....again!

This time it is real.

I went to Bella's Book Fair last night, since it was open late. She chose a Princess book, and then Jill chose one for us to donate to her classroom library. We came home when it closed, got showers, and went straight to bed!

Today, I will enjoy seeing Brooklynn's program.

Justin Beiber fans might want to be there, too.

Brooklynn and a few other students are leading the Pledge.
I asked her to show me how she would do it.

At first, she said she couldn't, because she didn't know which hand.
So, I showed her.
(Jill says we'll put a tiny dot on her hand this morning so she'll remember. )

Anyway, Brooklynn proceeded to say the pledge perfectly.....

Absolutely loved the MK pictures! Can't wait to see it all dressed up for fall in just a couple of weeks. I didn't see any of the 40th stuff as we were in the mountains as there was no internet or cell service.

Good afternoon everyone!! We are finally back. We had a blast!! I am now in love with WDW in the fall. MNSSHP was wonderful!! I am more in love with WDW after every trip. I cannot wait till December. I bought the 4 parks CD and we listen to it every day. Cooper wanted to listen to Grim, grinning ghosts this morning. He gets this wonderful smile when he hears it. Can you tell we had a great time? I am sorry I did not text this time. With my conference and our friends there, we were going nonstop. So glad you girls get to go soon!!
I just caught up on the report and read about Jill's encounter. I had some slight encounters with people this trip. It seemed there were a lot of first time visitors and they would knock you over to do what they needed to do. I most of the time did not worry about it, but I had to say something when Blake was knocked down, not once, but twice by backpacks of mothers hurrying past to get somewhere first. Then we almost were knocked down by people running past us to get to Mickey's Philharmagic in the area past the glasses. So glad I go often so I do not have to stress myself like that. Sometimes people forget common courtesy. However, I do have to say that most encounters were great. We talked to many great people this trip.

Great update MeMom! Hope you get well soon! You gotta be ready to hit the parks running with Brooklynn leading! I just did online check-in! So....you know what that means!!!!! Ten days until we leave on a jet plane for the Magic and POP! Also I finally get to meet you and Miss Broolynn! I only wish Jill and Bella could be there. Next time or at a Nashville meet maybe. I'm also excited about the MK Dis meet. I told Anita I'm counting on you to keep me updated but if I understand right it's Sunday the 16th at 6 ouside of MK, right? We timed the dates of this trip just right because Sarah starts her new job the day after we get back. She is very happy with what she was offered. She will leaving the hospital and L and D working 12 hour nights 5 nights a week to working 3 12 hour DAYS with no weekends or holidays at a dialysis center. So who knows maybe we can swing a New Years trip.
