It's only 6:20 in the morning here but my mouth is now watering like crazy to see your 'Ohana dinner! One of my favorites on property!

Bella is learning from the best when it comes to her shopping skills! I love the girls matching patriotic outfits. I will TOTALLY be dressing my kids alike when they are little, I think it's so adorable!

Morning all! Reporting from our beloved POP!

I report that all is fine...Palm trees, pool, food and merchandise and icons are all still here.

I got a surpeize yesterday when we finally got our room later in the day...it was in 60's Mowgli & Baloo building.

Yesterday didn't go without any drama...first we almost forgot the passports in a purse I wasn't taking with us. Luckily I realized it before we left the hotel for the airport.
Flight went awesome! I will NEVER drive again!!! ME is great, I loved the ride to POP.
We did get a little turned around in the airport but I did manage to find the Disney store.
I picked up a notepad & the 40th Mickey & Minnie plush set. (I thought I had read that they were sold out already on property. They are not. )
All was well once we got to POP. We bought our mugs pink, blue & black. They had no yellow.
Lexi said to me we should get the "POP" ones she saw a couple carrying. Do you have these?
We looked around Everything POP and then took a cab to the Alamo.
I was tempted to upgrade to a convertable because the skies were so blue. I didn't cause it was suppose to rain. And it did.
We happily drove off to go get lunch at Chick-fil-A. Yumm!
That's when the day turned ugly....my DMom realized she didn't have her purse.
Panic set in. We called to the Alamo...no bag...so then we drove to POP to go see if she left it in a cab.
We did some shopping off property. Our room wasn't ready.
A very, very awesome and determined CM named Kip was able to track down the bag from the cab driver and it was back in her hands by late afternoon.
Disney Magic! She was so relieved and apreciative.
Our evening was at DTD with dinner at T-Rex in the Ice Room. No wait!
Ofcourse we did some shopping at WoD.
Ended the night with a swim....Perfection!

Okay, have a question....I was up and snuck out this morning to take a couple pics for you. The lens kept fogging up. Does this happen to you????
There were men already working across the lake in these wee hours.
My first try at early morning pics...taken at 5am. Enjoy

I don't know what the problem is at my house but I can't do that on our computers. We have 3 computers in the house and the other two won't let me vote???? Maybe because we are all on one router (they are wireless connections), IDK???? I'm not trying to cheat or anything.... I do have 3 people living in my house and they all have the right to vote, even if one of them is only 7! I just can't stand it that she is so close and I can't add my other votes!

I think you are correct about the router. I could only vote from 1 of our computers. It wouldn't work on DH's IPad or DS's computer. Not sure how I got the second vote in by my IPhone since it uses the same wireless. Glad I did tho. The voting is SOOOOO close.

After I saw the Polynesian for the first time, I don't think we've made a trip that we have missed going over there for at least fireworks or a meal or just to take pictures. Sitting on the beach there and just relaxing is heavenly.

Thanks for all the votes you can gather. The seven year old gets a vote, of course. My classroom is made for seven year olds. Tell her to be true to her heart, though. If she likes another one, tell her to vote for it.

I made an amazing discovery last night. I already knew that WDW resort prices were less right after New Year's but I noticed that the week before MLK Weekend WL costs about the same as it did after we used the 35% off pin code last year And hopefully I'll still get the pin code. I've gotten one around that time every year for a couple years. I actually have one that I can't use sitting on the table taunting me right now If we go we're gonna try to overlap a few days with Meg I wish we could overlap with you again too!

I just realized that I can vote from lots of different computers. At work I use different work stations often. I can make up those 10 votes in no time!
Plus the iPad, the phone, the laptop...all my FB friends and co-workers...
