I am back and all caught up!
I hope your week improved, and that they do indeed get one of the three out of your room. Two years ago I had two boys in the same class who could not be in class together (sixteen year olds no less). One was a fool and the other acted off his behavior. Remarkably, I was able to get one moved without too much ado. Normally, I can handle most behaviors but this was beyond any hope of having a normal class. Luckily, the worst of the two was the one to leave.
I head back for my week of we-are-still-not-making-AYP talks in one week. Our scores haven't been released, but it isn't likely that this would be the year... Consider your little ones and where they are, then add ten years. If they can't meet mastery in second grade, how on earth would they do it in eleventh?

My population at the high school has the mix of the kids (when they are older) from the elementary with 86% free and reduced averaged with the others that are between 22% and 31%. It is depressing, but I will love my job - at this time of the year, I don't want to go back, but once the routine starts back up, I am again in love...
On to happier thoughts--
Your Nemo room is "righteous, dude." I try to put Disney elements in 11th grade (and I have a group of 10th graders too). Disney Friday for music at the start of class was a hit last year. I'll have to see about a bulletin board, but at the hs level my bulletin boards are less exciting.
Happy, Happy Birthday to Brooklynn! Jill- I love what you call a not-exciting cake! It was awesome!
Great pictures of Fantasmic. I didn't take my telephoto lens to the park so my pictures aren't very close. It is realistic to being in the back row though!
I love the colors of Pop! We didn't stay there before DVC, but I hope to sometime. Dh asked about Magical Express and suitcases if we fly in late and stay at Pop. (I love that this is an option...) I think my girls would get a kick out of it!
Praying for a smooth school year for you. When you have time hop over to my TR- I understand how swamped your are so no worries. Also, nothing too exciting yet anyway!
