Yay! for Brooklynn...going to Kindergarten! It's been so fun these last 4 years watching her grow up here on the DISboards. My suggestion for Jill is that she better not blink...if she does the next thing she knows Brooklynn will be heading out for her 2nd year of college like my baby is! They just grow up so fast!

I just have to aunt brag for a moment. Caroline got a "big girl" bed from my parents, since the baby will need the crib in a few months. I Skyped with Caroline this weekend & asked her how she liked her bed. She said, in het cute 2 yr old voice, "This is so cool!" Just melted my heart!

I think you will both enjoy it. You can take the boat from Magic Kingdom over and get to walk up that neat wooden dock and past the pool area. The lobby is awesome, and maybe you can see the geyser going off.

That'd be fun to see the geyser! Thanks for the tips. I'm so excited, we're almost there!

Hi Guys. I need help.
I (alone leaving DH at home) am taking ds3 and dd12 to wdw in less than 2 weeks. I have taken dd a ton of times alone in 12 years but this is the first time with both and no DH.We have skipped AK for the last few years. Mainly because the heat and DH not being crazy about it. So I want to hit AK this trip for about a half day or so. Leave after the parade. We have Donald's breakfast ressies for 10:30 and plan on rope drop and I was hoping you guys could give me advice on a touring plan. Please and thank you!!

I must apologize I have not had a chance to check in since THursday and was 14 pages behind on my own report. Thank goodness for MeMom! The good thing is we are even finished with the first day so hopefully i will be able to get a few minutes and get really caught up, post my pics and video and then stay caught up.

She starts tomorrow. She is very excited but, little nervous. I have taken the day off so that I can drop her off in the morning and pick her up in the afternoon. After that John will drop her off on the way to work and I will pick her up. I know there will be tears tomorrow morning as I pull out of the parking lot and I am going to try my best not to let her see them before I leave. I have been blessed with a very unique situation where I have been able to work, but have never missed a milestone. I walk through her classroom on a daily basis and says hi or comes and hugs me before pushing me out the door. Tomorrow starts a new and exciting adventure for her!

So glad you had a nice bday surrounded by loved ones and good times! Are Jarvis and his girlfriend going on the December trip now, too? She'd be so lucky to be with the MeMom gang on her first trip to the World; it'd be like having a private guided tour for her, and you'd enjoy experiencing it through the eyes of a first-timer, I'm sure.

Oh, WL...how I love thee!!! I, too, know that little sitting area you are talking about. It's one of my favorite memories from when we stayed there. Nerea was just 14 months old and giving us some trouble to fall asleep one night, so we decided Ramon would stay with her and I'd take Miren for a walk around the resort for a little bit. It was late and Miren was already in her pjs, we snuck out of the room and wandered around a bit and everyplace we saw was just better than the last, when we happened upon that sitting area we camped out there for awhile by the fireplace, which was perfect because it was February and actually really cold.

Thanks for the wishes in the fountain...the girls are too cute and you all are too sweet! I didn't ask for any wishes, specifically, but thanks for wishing happiness for us all.
