I have seen the number 38" thrown around quite a bit.

I don't know for sure, but I can't imagine it being anything else than one of these two. As far as thrills/severity of ride goes go it seems to be right in between barnstormer and BTMRR.

I feel so out of the loop without your TRs to read...please tell me your youngest is not already old/tall enough for a 38" height requirement?! I refuse to believe that much time has passed!!

It is more than likely...It is in fact 38" - confirmed by imagineers.
