I was wondering what the waits are like for Mine Train during morning and evening Extra Magic Hours (assuming it is open). What have people's experiences been?

It very much depends on what time of the year it is... But as you know it is a children's movie based ride so kids and their families are the majority riders. This would mean later times would be better to ride because the kids are asleep.

We went to the MK during one morning EMH in June. We were standing in line for Pooh about 15-20 minutes after the park opened and the line for SDMT was already all the way down past the tea cups. I took a picture of it actually lol...if I knew how to post pictures here I would. We were there during one night of EMH and it was long too, but not quite as long. That may have had something to do with the fact it was raining off and on that night though.

We were there in early June about a week after the ride opened. The lines were a lot shorter in the evening than in the morning.

With the park closing at midnight, we were able to ride twice during the last half hour of operation. The posted wait time was 80 minutes, but the actual wait was about 20 for the first ride and 10 the second time.

During an EMH night, the wait was about the same at 3 am.

I've seen video of the chaos that ensues early in the mornings. I prefer to avoid that mess.
