Minature Golf-disney transportation

Does disney have transportation to winterlandsummerland after Blizard Beach closes in the evening? What about Fantasia Gardens?

I think for Fantasia Gardens you take the bus to Swan/Dolphin and walk.

After Blizzard Beach closes, the only bus that services BB/WSL is the Epcot/Coronado route. So, you'd have to go to Epcot and catch the Coronado bus. Or if you are returning to your resort, you'd go to Epcot and catch your resort bus there.

Buses don't run late though. Last run is 8:50 from WSL.
