Anyone watch this show? I love it.

It's just so entertaining - sort of the "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" for the new millennium. The agents on here crack me up. I'm also very impressed they are so successful at such a young age.

I've been watching from the beginning. I miss Chad this year...and that crazy dog of his Starla :lmao:

I was never sure how to take Chad, he was odd. Kind of effeminate, but he had a girlfriend (his hair is awful!). Seemed like the type that was a total dweeb in high school. I am not sorry to see him gone. I like Joel, he seems so sweet and innocent. I am also impressed with their success at such a young age.

I miss Chad too. What a strange bird. :lmao: Wonder what he's up to?

I just saw it for the first time yesterday. It's really good!

I watch it mainly to look at the houses, they are all fairly annoying. The gay guy is the only one that seems like he's not annoying and has it together, the other 2 come across like spoiled little brats. I have to believe they all got started in that business through their mommie or daddy or a relative or something. At least that's my general impression as to the young issue, except maybe the gay guy doesn't come across like that to me.

What did he and that crazy airhead girlfriend call each other? I laughed and laughed everytime they did it.

OH wait , BABY CAKES :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: They called each other Baby cakes, it could be said several times in a conversation. *gag*

Chad's hair is the WORST... and he paid something like $500 for a haircut that stupid

I've was an on again off again viewer in the past, but this season I'm really hooked. I am so glad Chad is gone and so far I really enjoy Josh Altman as his replacement. Josh is much more likable and doesn't make me cringe when I see him like Chad did. I can't look at people who have hair going in the wrong direction (Justin Bieber, Chad) because all I want to do is fix it!

I watch occasionally. One the agents works for the same agency Kyle Richard's (RealHousewives of BH) husband (Mauricio) is with. I saw him on an episode a week or so ago.

I agree. Chad's hair drove me nuts.

If I'm thinking of the same show, I can't believe that some of these guys get actual clients. The one had the client come by his parent's house to sign a contract, then he calls out to his Mom: "Mom, we're ready for that cake now" - who does that?! He loses all credibility by not having an office, & his own place. I think I missed something here. (maybe I should watch an entire episode!)

Don't miss Chad... I watch for Madison ONLY! :thumbsup2

While I don't remember this specifically, if this was the same show it was probably Chad who did this. I remember a few scenes at Chad's parents' house. They all have their own offices and homes, but in fact there aren't very many scenes shot at their offices, mostly on location at listings. You probably missed some sort of establishing narrative for this scene, but I thought Chad was weird, so I wouldn't put anything past him ;)

Josh is so full of himself. The assistants that are twins that he calls 1 and 2. Gag. His money comes from the rich grandma. I do enjoy watching him though. He cracks me up.

Yeah, I'm starting to like "new" Josh. He seems nice, but a little too New Yorkish. But still pretty good. Nothing really quirky about him yet.

Madison is cool too. Although I'd like to see him get out of his romantic funk. He needs a man in his life.

Josh Flagg is my favorite. He's hilarious and even though he seems like a goof, you can really tell he knows what he's doing.

"Starla" = :lmao:

If it's the episode I am thinking of, the client was his mother's friend so they just met there. Also, I don't think he charged her commission. He definitely has his own office.

I am glad Chad is gone. He was weird in a way that made me uncomfortable to watch. The thing with the dog was just strange.

I like the new Josh - he brings a little more of an edge to the show.
The original Josh seems more relaxed this year - he was too gimmicky last year.
Madison is the same.

Yeah-Chad definitely had some issues with OCD that were uncomfortable to see.

Yes, cluvsdisney is right - that client was a very close friend of Chad's mother which is why they met there.

Chad was so strange, I sort of miss him. The way he always hit the pillows so they'd crease the right way and keep pulling little Starla out of the bag. I heard he and "babycakes" broke up. I wonder if they are still sharing custody of the dog?

I'm not sure about the new Josh, something about him is bugging me, but since I can't put my finger on it, maybe I just don't know enough about him.

But, I also love Josh Flagg ("Joshie"), particularly with his wonderful grandmother, Edith. That trip they took to Europe and visiting the concentration camp where her husband, Josh's grandfather, was killed was so very touching. I wish she was on every show - what an inspiring lady she is!
