Milkshakes on the DDP?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but can you get milkshakes at Sci Fi or WCC as your beverage with a 1 TS meal on the Basic Dining Plan???

I can tell you that my daughter got a milkshake for her beverage on the DP at SciFi back in February. Not sure if we were lucky or it was the norm... but you can at least ask when you get there.

At WCC, the milkshakes are all-you-can-drink! You get full pretty quickly.

At Sci-Fi two weeks ago we were told adults could use the milkshake as either their drink or dessert under the DDP. Kids could not use as their drink, but could use the milkshake as their dessert.

I didn't know you could get milkshakes at Kona. We were there in August and weren't offered any. Have others gotten them?

We got a milkshake and a dessert at sci fi. They also brought us out water to drink too.

Don't know about the other places, but we got the milkshake as our drink at The Wave, and yes they also brought full glass of water (we also got dessert...the milkshake was treated same as a soda, coffee or tea. Well, don't know if they would have refilled it, but it was huge anyway...we didn't quite finish the first one.)

Rats, I didn't know that The Wave had milkshakes on the DDP. The server didn't mention it to me either.

I'll have to remember that for next year.

At WCC 2 weeks ago we were able to get shakes for our drinks. Our waitress also let us get softdrinks and dessert. She was the best waitress too so much fun!
