Milk with CS meals?

Feel brain dead for asking, but memory fails. Can we order milk to drink at CS meals for kids and/or adults? Do you know what type it is - skim, 2%, whole, chocolate? Is it available at some and not others? Does it come in a cup or is it packaged as individual servings?

Yes you can order milk. It is pre-packaged and I believe they have several different kinds - skim, whole and chocolate (nesquick). I think most places have this.
