Military Discounts for Reservists

QQ: I'm looking a military discounted rates for September sailings. My husband (Navy Reserve) and I sailed on a military rate in May and his CAC card was sufficient. He won't be with me in September, but I have a spousal ID card - will that be sufficient? The disney site is a bit vague about reservists' eligibility. My husband does drills/ATs, but is not currently on 'active duty'

Federal Law uses the term "active military" more broadly than most servicemembers. It doesn't mean on active duty. It means the regular armed forces and the selected reserve. The selected reserve includes traditional reservists and IMA reservists. In excludes the PIRR and the IRR. If he has the "plain" CAC card (not the red card) then he is active military. Reservist's (and their spouse's) eligibility is no different than regular (and their spouse's).
