No tickets. Tracking has had no updates ... still sitting in Orlando for day 5.
And park days are filling up. One day only has Epcot left. I am so stressed. This is awful.

When I was having issues with a FedEx delivery, I sent a direct Twitter message to @FedExHelp. I don’t think it made any difference to the delivery, but they did respond and let me know what was happening with the package.

If it looks like you might not be home to sign, you can log into fed ex and change the delivery to a local drop off location. Mine is 5 minutes away at our town’s Walgreens and its super convenient.I called yesterday. I felt bad for the customer service guy. He was nice, but could provide nothing more than what I had. Got nowhere. Said the system is still FUBAR from the storms over 10 days ago. I have never had FedEx be this bad.
The problem now is with no updates, I have not a clue as too when they will arrive. Who knows if I will even be home to sign.

So it sounds like going through SOG is a better option than through a local base. Is there any reason not to go through them or why you couldn’t?

DS tried calling Sunday, sat on hold for an hour and gave up. DH called again Sunday evening, said he would sit on hold and give it to DS if they picked up. They did and as it turned out they said they emailed DS Friday. He doesn't have an email and we thought we were waiting on a call anyway, not an email, but they said they would call back and take care of it. Within minutes they called back.
During all this time we were waiting we decided to change from 4 to 5 day hopper so something good came out of the wait. We got the tracking number Sunday night, and tickets were received before noon today. they are linked to our accounts and park reservations are booked. PHEW!

I don't know if this is the norm now during this time or what, but we didn't have to sign. I had DH stalking the window while he worked from home today, so when he saw Fed Ex he ran to the door. The guy looked surprised to see him (he wasnt even wearing a mask), and he just handed the tickets to DH. Good luck!

That's great they gave you the numbers and you can book your days!I called SOG yesterday. They were very nice and looked up the ticket numbers for me. The days of my visit are going fast and I couldn't take it anymore. (HS has been long gone, and MK is out over half of my trip.) My only worry is if FedEx will never deliver the cards. My ticket numbers are assigned on my MDE, but if they need physical cards over my old Magic Bands I am screwed.
FYI, my package is still saying Orlando. Over a week NO MOVEMENT! What the heck? Still no contact after case filed. I could have jogged to Orlando by now.![]()

You shouldn't need the physical cards since they come activated but I understand your worry about that (I'd feel the same way). We've always had our cards just in case, but never once needed them.
It's crazy how long things take lately and in this case, so stressful. It seems like USPS is finally caught up but I've had recent delays with both FedEx and UPS for packages.
Yes! Just like you, we always had the physical cards as a “just in case” scenario. Murphy’s Law if I don’t have it, it’ll be the one time I need it.
Yep!I have always bought Salute tickets through my base ITT. So if I buy them from SOG, they come activated and all we need to do is go to the entrance, tap our tickets to the sensor, and walk in? That is a big advantage.
