Well, as per usual, it has been a month since dh cashed out at milesource for a gc from gc.ca and no word (not even a confirmation email). Gc.ca has still not received dh's order. He emailed milesource (2 email addresses) and hasn't received any responses. What should be his tactic for contacting milesource? Should he email once a week, more or less? Thanks for any advice!
