Milesource & J. C. Penney

I have made two separate purchases from J. C. Penney, through Milesource. I never received my award points for these purchases. It has been over two months and Milesource customer service never follows up.

I have since made other purchases through two different merchants, and received the award points within a two or three days.

Has anyone else made any J. C. Penney purchases through Milesource, and did you receive your award points?

Yes, I have gotten credit. I've shopped JC Penney twice thru Milesource and my DH hs put one order thru his account and we have both gotten credit and within a reasonable amount of time. Sorry they haven't credited you It has been awhile since I've ordered so maybe their customer service isn't doing as good a job as they used to. I know I've read of others who have had trouble with getting credit too.

I had some trouble getting credit from milesource for a different purchase. I had to e-mail milesource several times, but finally got my points (just a few days ago - from an April purchase). I would continue to e-mail them until get your points. Good Luck!

I made a jc penny purchase through milesource and it took about 3 months to get credit. I e-mailed them several times and never got a response but finally the points showed up. Hang in there.
