Milesource & Giftcertificates.ca

Has anyone had a GOOD experience with them? I redeemed with Milesource for a $25 GC from giftcertificates.ca in early May. To date, giftcertificates.ca claim to have never received the order. I've been emailing both companies like crazy and they've both responded that they know nothing (milesource says they've resubmitted my order and gc.ca claim they've emailed Milesource about the situation). It has now been way over a week since I've heard from either company. I'm at my wits end! TIA

I had the same problem. My DH is missing 2 $25.00 Home Depot gift certificates from March and I am missing an HMV one from May. After months of going back and forth I finally contacted the Vice President of Gift Certificates.Ca and they found out that Milesource never sent the orders (or if they did they did not send them properly). Gift Certificates.Ca contacted the director of operations at Milesource and he is supposed to be resending the orders. I am hoping my gc's will be sent out next week. I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties everyone is encountering! I was sooo pleased to hear that Canadians would finally have an option for redeeming gc's, but now I'm not as impressed. Please keep us posted! I'm almost ready to cash out, but I am VERY hesitant to choose giftcertificates.ca until Milesource can correct it's ordering problems. Good luck guys! I hope you have everything resolved soon!

I was very hesitant about DH & DM cashing out in Milesource recently. But we have had good luck. DH cashed out on 7/11 & got the email from GC.com on Monday. DM cashed out on 7/12 & got the email from GC.com yesterday.

I'm sorry to hear that others have had such bad luck with them. I hope that both Milesource & GC.com come thru for you!
