Miles From Tomorrowland?

Shame, that 140 million could of a built a nice E-Ticket ride that would of actually made them money in the long run. Instead they venture into dubious movie plots when they have a solid consistent line up. They just hit it out of the park with age of Ultron, Inside Out is getting FANTASTIC reviews, the sequel to Frozen is in the works which is sure to make them at least half a billion even if its mediocre. With of course Star Wars coming in December (please don’t screw this this up Disney “J.J. Abrams your my only hope”) which could be colossal.

Too bad Disney Productions money has absolutely nothing to do with Disney Parks money. It may be the same umbrella company, The Disney Company, but the profits and losses of each company have no impact on the other companies. So the 140 million they spent would never have been spent in the parks.

Ah but they do impact one another large multinational conglomerates such as The Walt Disney Company can manage their various departments and sub corporation’s monies in various ways. Funds are moved from one branch to another if so desired. If you are curious about how and why large corporations can and do readily move money between branches their are books that could explain much better than I.
