My Dh was supposed to connect thru Chicago last night....what a mess! Flying SWA, flight got diverted to Kentucky for a few hours, finally made it to MDW,then next flight canceled. Glad everyone is staying safe but OH MY! all this occurred ate 2 in the a.m. (yawn) and once the flights have begun, even tho they sent me a text saying we could rebook another flight home(today) you can't do it online,as it already was 'in the past'. thankfully I was home,and had thoroughly read the "what to do if your flight is cancelled' thread
After waiting on hold for 20 mins- I was able to get him on a flight this morning.... Glad I knew about calling right away,since he was stuck on the plane and couldn't do anything...... and I've noticed we don't get told about delays or cancellations till way after it happens....
