Finally got my tickets! My saga:
First call, CM couldn't pull up dates said he would call me back later.
Second call, CM said sorry not available and those selling shouldn't be
3rd call, got only through my
MNSSHP tickets and my cell phone just turned off
4th call, finally got my MVMCP tickets but price error in my MNSSHP tickets
5th call was to dining because CM during 4th call said she couldn't book dining. So CM said I couldn't do dining. I said yes you can its under events because you can book when you buy tickets. She looked and said wow, she had worked there for 15 years and never knew this
6th call to the ticket center to find out what was wrong with my MNSSHP price. Turns out I was charged for one extra child (that I don't have) AND we found out that the CM put me down for the wrong date too. So got that fixed and taken care of.
During all this mess, CM from second call who said they were not on sale left a message on my voice mail APOLOGIZING for her error and said she was really sorry she told me they were not on sale but to call back so they could get me those tickets!! Talk about customer service! I thought that was just super nice of her.
So now call number 7 will be on Tuesday to get a new confirmation number with the tickets place that had to fix my MNSSHP ticket errors!!!
WHEW!!!
But I got my AP discount for both of them
