I am considering getting tickets to MVMCP also and I just have a curious question  Are you limited to just 1 cookie and 1 cup of hot chocolate this night or can you have more :earboy2:
Thanks for your help!

Also, is there a link to a website where this and more questions I probably have will be answered?? :cheer2:

You can get as much as you like! I've hit up the distribution stands more than once on occasion :)
Allears has a bunch of information on their site:

MVMCP INFO 2004

You can have as much as you want! There are stations throughout the park.

The party officially starts at 7:00p but they start letting party goers in AFTER 4:00p with just the party ticket. You can do anything you want from 4:00p till 6:00p. Then the park closes from 6:00p to 7:00p and if you aren't busy eating in a restaurant then you will be herded to Tomorrowland so they can clear out the park. Tomorrowland will be open and all rides will be going and you can also get your photo taken there.

Depending on when you finish dinner, yes, you will be asked to head toward Tomorrowland. I try and time my dinner so I'm done by no earlier then 6:45p.

Thanks for this info beattyfamily!! I think our PS time of 5:40pm will work out well for us and not being herded to Tomorrowland. Great! :sunny:

5th call was to dining because CM during 4th call said she couldn't book dining. So CM said I couldn't do dining. I said yes you can its under events because you can book when you buy tickets. She looked and said wow, she had worked there for 15 years and never knew this

Thanks so much for this info. I was wondering how people were able to book PS now for Dec. I had thought it was 90 days before and that was that. I'm not going to MVMCP until NEXT Dec (2006) but am having lots of fun reading these boards and picking up tips. In fact, I'm picking up so many tips it's going to be interesting when I finally sit down and try and sort them all out! Can't wait!!!! ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo

I am taking a friend to WDW to see the Christmas decorations next December. Can I use my annual pass discount to purchase two MVMCP tickets? Or, will I need to purchase one at a discount, the other at full price?

THANKS in advance for you help.

Yes, you can buy up to 4 tickets.

Another thing to consider is if you choose the last MVMCP and the weather is miserable, you have nothing to fall back on. If you go Sunday and it pours, there's a chance you might get to go Tuesday (if it's not sold out).

You guys are great. As I come up with a question I invariably find someone has posted the answer!!

Here's a questions I haven't seen yet....
If it should be pouring the night you have the ticket for - will they cancel and refund you and then you try and rebuy for another night? If they don't cancel, can you exchange? How about it if someone is not feeling well that night - can you trade in for another night?

They have never canceled. One MVMCP was rained out so there was no parade or fireworks and 'some' got refunds or tickets for another night BUT they went and waited in the Guest Services line BEFORE they left the party to ask.

I haven't got a clue what they'd do for illness. They really aren't resposible for that but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I can hardly wait.... Got tickets for the 4th and ps for ltt at 5:30. First time at MVMCP, Have done the MNSSHP past few years. Now that I am no longer a CM I can take vacation in December. It's rather amusing, I am going down twice this year, when I worked for Disney, I was lucky to go once!!!

Do you think the AP discount nights will be more crowded than other nights? Trying to decide between the 13th (Tue) and 15th (Thu).

:sad1:

Well, we now are NOT going in December, so I guess it was a good thing that I didn't purchase my tickets over the weekend

IMHO, I wouldn't base when I go on the discount or crowds from it. I don't think the discount will make a huge difference. If I'm an AP holder, I'd rather have the discount BUT maybe if I weren't an AP holder and Thursday worked well with my schedule, I'd go on Thursday to avoid the AP people!

But I like going near the beginning of my trip. I'm not help, huh? ;)

Should I try to get tickets for sun the 4th, tues the 6th, or thurs the 8th?

I've never been and would like to go on the least crowded night?

You're "sort of" helping. :rotfl2:
Thursday is our last night, so there's a slight risk factor involved.... bad weather (although rare), illness, etc. I can't imagine the AP discount having a noticeable impact on a Tuesday night. And I'm like you-- I'd rather go earlier in the trip. Tuesday it is!

I would go for the 6th. It's a less busy night and it's not one of the Annual Pass discount nights and lastly (but rarely) if it got rained out, you could try and exchanged your tickets for the 6th.

It's nice to have it in the middle of your trip.

Booked our tickets yesterday for the 15th :cool1: LTT for 5:30.
Now here is a question. Friends are going to WDW around the same time and they have never been before, can I change the number of people on my PS and not change my time slot? We would go from 5 to 9 people.

What number should I call? Thanks for your help! The CM said the dates hadn't been announced and that the tickets weren't on sell yet for the Very Merry Christmas Party.

1- 407- 4 -disney
Then ask for your confirmation # and asked to be transfered to dining to make a PS for Liberty Tree Tavern

There's an option for resort reservations, ticket pricing and dining. So which one should I choose?

I choose the ticket pricing the first time.
