D'oh... double post!
I'm already planning a haunted carriage ride (does anybody know anything about that)? Info on either would be great!
Ok, let's do some budgeting here: now how much does a single day base ticket cost? a little over 80.00? and you are thinking 60.00 is too much? May I suggest that if you do magic your way, you do it for 1 less day, then on that day have to MNSSHP? chill at the resort until you can go in at 4pm
DD and I went to our first one last year, so earlier that day chilled at the pool took a nap-we flew in early and then we went.
I love WDW and it's always magical. But I went on Oct 29 and it didn't feel crowded. we didn't do the character greetings, but trick or treating , 5 mnute wait on rides, parade, fireworks. and it was something "electric" in the air it seemed, seeing other people dressed up in costumes.
My fiancee and I are going to be in DW for our honeymoon. Would the MNSSHP be appropriate for us (he's 30 and I'm 23). I love halloween and dressing up and I don't think he'd mind seeing a bunch of characters. I'm just debating whether or not we're too old to enjoy it. This will be our honeymoon. BTW--we are planning to attend MNSSHP one of the nights in late September. How far in advance should we buy our tickets? My only concern with buying too early is if the weather is torrential downpours, then we wouldn't be too psyched about going to the party, and I'm assuming tickets are non-refundable.
We're going the last week of September and plan on buying tickets for MNSSHP. We can't wait! I hadn't even considered the idea it could rain...I hope September isn't a rainy month!
