haha. . .my husband is so tired of me talking about Disney, Disney, Disney. I can't wait either! He is so glad I found these boards so that I might be Disney'd out when we talk. (although, really, that's all I'm thinking about!)

I've been forbidden to say "Disney", "Mickey Mouse", "PS", "Dis Boards" and a few other words! :)

It's pretty bad when your husband comes home from work and asks if you've heard about some world event and your answer is, "Oh, yeah, I read about that on the Dis Community Board" (ex: Kerry appointing Edwards, Michael Jackson's quads, Reagan's death.) :hyper:

We are arriving on Halloween! Oct 31st-Nov 8th. We can't wait. We are from Elkton, Maryland, flying out of Philly. We are going to be "Maryland Crabs" I think it is cute, DH, doesn't like the fact that he has to wear a hat. My DS is a "shark" and other DS is still up in the air. Keep bringing ideas, will ya?
I am totally addicted to Disney and these boards too.:earboy2:

Just made PS's for 6:15 for October 17. No problems getting a time. They had several open. (Could have gotten 4:30, but that was a little early, and they had several openings around 6:15.)

Now, I'm waiting for October resort codes to come out (she says keeping her fingers crossed).

We just got back from WDW last week and decided that we had to go back for Halloween:p ! Made all of our arrangements and will be joining everyone at MNSSHP on October 8. We could only get LTT PSs for 6:30. Is this too late?? We can eat at the Plaza earlier at 4:40...Opinions?

If you do not want to miss the start of the party, then I'd go with the Plaza!

With a 6:30p, you won't be done till after 7:00p for sure.

Hi. We'll be at MNSSHP on the 29th, and I had tried to make LTT reservations a couple of weeks ago, but was told that they were sold out.

I called again today, and they had openings all evening long--just wanted to give all of you the heads up!

We'll be there at 4:10!

If we have Ps for Ltt at 5:30 will this be enough time for us to eat and enjoy our meal before the party begins?
Thanks,
Kim

I have tickets for MNSSHP on the 31st. I called a week ago for PS for LTT and they had one spot for 8:10 p.m. We don't want to eat that late and miss the party. I called again today to see if there were any openings, and the CM told me I had to wait 90 days to make a PS. I thought I had read somewhere that you can make your PS if you have a ticket to MNSSHP.

5:30 is a very good time, IMHO. Just enough to eat and be done for the start of the party.

You just got a CM who didn't know about LTT booking so early so I'd call back and try again, BUT I would not be surprised if Halloween night was all booked up already.

I'm going that night too!:teeth:

Thanks for the tip, I'll keep trying. I figured halloween night would sell out, but I thought I would keep trying to see if anyone cancels.

Need some advice.

I just called to see if we could get PS for LTT on 10/3 (prior to MNSSHP) anytime in the 5:00 hour. The only times they had were between 4-4:15 and 6:40-7:10.

They did have 5:20-5:40 available at CP, so I took the 5:20. We ate here last year, but wanted to try something different this year.

I know that 6:40 would run over into the beginning of the party, but is 4:15 too early? I know we could do rides in the 5:00 hour, but would we be just walking around from 6:00 to 7:00?

We are going on a Park Hopper Plus pass this trip and using one of the waterpark days during the day prior to MNSSHP (trying to be efficent with the pass). DS(4) loved Blizzard Beach last year and I don't want to cheat him out of any time there this year since it is the only day we are going. This would mean we'd have to leave BB around 3 to get to MK and up to LTT by 4:15.

Should we:
1. Stick with the CP reservation,
2. Take the early seating at LTT and cut BB short as well as having to walk around between 6 and 7, or
3. Go with the 6:40 LTT reservation and miss the beginning of MNSSHP?

Thanks.

IMHO, I'd go with the early LTT and not miss any of the party OR do CP again and not miss the party.

With the LTT PS you'd probably be done by 5:30p or 5:45p and then you'd have that extra time to enjoy rides. They will make you go to Tomorrowland between 6:00p and 7:00p to clear out the park but you can ride those rides for that hour. That's extra time enjoying MK.

The times for CP will get you done just before the party starts so they'll probably just make you wait in front of the restaurant till 7:00p; that is what they did for us. We were done by 6:45p and had to wait right in front till 7:00p.

Good luck deciding!

I am so excited... We recieved our tickets for MNSSHP yesterday in teh mail (we are goinf Friday the 29th)... and I called and made our PS for LTT for 5.50pm... That would probally get us finishing dinner at about 7pm just in time for the party... Does that sound like it would work out ok like that?

Just checking.

I am so excited... now what to dress up as... so far Jessie from Toy Story is the top idea I have so far... :)

Hi all! We're going to the MNSSHP on 10/26 and I'm thinking about getting a PS for LTT. I was wondering what kind of costumes the characters wear during dinner?

My DD will be just under 2 years old, and I don't want them to freak her out. We took her to a character bfast at 13 months old and she loved it. But, of course, things can change. I wonder if it would be better to attend one when they aren't in costume.

Thanks for any advice!

They wear their usual American Colonial clothes with a Zoro-type mask...but Chip and Dale did have fake spiders on their aprons I think. It certainly wasn't scary!
