Mickey's Magical Milestone Tour Questions

Help! I just spoke to Disney and they said it may not be the best tour for our children (ages 2 1/2 and 6) but I really want to go on this tour (heck it's my vacation right). Is this "boring" for children. On the description I read it says it includes a train ride and that you meet Mickey at Toontown for a private meet and greet, and something about Donald helping you "earn your ears", is this true? They wouldn't confirm it on the phone and the lady booking said she hadn't done the tour. Anyone have any advice for me, sounds so wonderful!!!

It is a good tour, but it's more geared towards adults and older kids (hence the 10 and up age. I should say "suggested 10 and up" age). It's kind of boring for really little kids. You go on a tour that explores the history of Mickey Mouse. You go into the theater in Expo Hall to see the movie clips there. You go into into the store with the beanstalk on it to talk about Mickey. You do go to Toontown to meet Mickey. The group goes to see Mickey's Philharmagic. And there is a surprise with Donald at the end. (At least it was all this way when I went last year). But for my honest opinion on little kids, I would have to say that they wouldn't like it.

The Family Magic Tour would be much better suited for your children's ages.

I know the Family Magic Tour may be better, but personally (as the one paying for it) I really want to do the Mickey tour, so I wanted to know if they'd be bored to tears or if the train ride, Philarmagic, Mickey interaction, Donald would outweight the rest for them, I know I'd love it ALL
