Does anyone know when these tickets will go on sale? Additionally, worth booking in advance or are they still available on the morning of?

apparently last year they went on sale April 8. Some nights do sell out in advance.

I wouldn't risk not buying in advance. Many, if not most parties sell out in December...
If it helps, we've done the party 4 times,and love it!!!

Thanks! I am planning to go on Dec 16 (if there is one that night). I have 2 days on my own in WDW before family arrive. Planning an early breakfast at Kona Cafe, full day at MK and then the party.

If you know the date you are going order the tickets in advance. It is a little cheaper and you don't need to worry about the party being sold out.

I would definitely buy the tickets in advance, as the December parties (especially the last few) sell out. If you have a date that you already plan on going, then it would be best to just buy them in advance. They don't sell out right away, closer to December, but definitely before the day of.

There is - Disney announced the dates a few days ago. (Besides, with the 16th being a Friday, it was pretty much guaranteed that there would be one that day.)

Not all dates have pre-purchase discounts - Fridays never do.

I would buy ahead of time. We usually buy ours in July.
