I think Sleepy Hollow is the only place, and only in the morning.

With that being said, it sure is a great use of a snack credit for breakfast!!!

Touring plans lists it on the all day menu probably because it’s like a dessert.

Can confirm it's all day. I used a snack credit for one at like 7pm when we were there two weeks ago. It's just the one with whipped cream and berries though, the nutella version is not a snack.
