Mickey Mouse Ticket Invitation

Hi Disigners!

I was wondering if anyone of you talent disigners could please help me out.

My friend asked me to make invitations for her son's first birthday party. I made a mickey head with red shorts pocket invitation and I'm looking for a Disney ticket to go inside as the party invitation. The final ticket needs to be about 2 x 3 3/4 with the colors red, yellow, black and white. I'd love it if it looked like a ticket, Admit one on the ends and/or a bar code. The title would be "Amir's 1st Birthday' and then if you could leave a space so I could fill in the details that would be great. I'm handy with making cards but not designing on the computer so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone that takes up this challenge.

Oh my goodness, my friend has three boys and that's the middle child. Can you please change the name to Noah, it's Noah's first birthday and his birthdate is 3/16/11. Thank you, and sorry for that mistake on my behalf.
