Mickey Mouse at Downtown Disney

I heard that Mickey has been greeting guests for pictures and autographs for several years now at Downtown Disney? What store is this, what is the times he is there and where is he in the store?

I am new here and still working my way around!

The only thing I can think of is with some of the packages like the Platinum include a professional family photo with Mickey. The meeting place for the shoot is somewhere at DD.

I go to DTD at least twice a week. I have never seen Mickey at DTD.

I have been working at Downtown Disney for a year ( not continuously ) - and have never seen Mickey Mouse at DTD.

I have seen Minnie there once, as she was presenting awards for the Festival of the Masters with the WDW Ambassadors.

I have never seen any character meet & greets at DTD. There used to be a character breakfast at Fultons (before it was Fultons), but that is the only time I ever saw characters there & MM was not one of them. Like feralpeg, I am there 2x per week.

my dh was watching the craft people making their goods in the spanish type shop in down town disney, unbeknown to my husband mickey came out of a staff door and when walking past tapped him on the shoulder, dh jumped a mile but it made a good photo. have no idea where mickey was going though

Mickey did use to be at the photo place - but he was in the back - and you needed to be purchasing that photo to see him...but that spot closed down awhile ago.

Used to be a place called Studio M. You could get a family photo with Mickey. We had one in 1997 with our two nieces. There was also a photo store there where you could get film, photo albums, shirts and mugs with your photos on them, etc. It was located over where near Basin is now.
