Where do you all get the little crystal mickey heads that you can put on the flipflops, and invites and stuff like that? I've looked all over Michaels and Hobby Lobby for them and can't find them!! Are they not really mickey heads, and just 3 circles together, or do you have to get them from a special store?

They are separate crystals that you place together to look like Mickey. I bought mine at artbeads.com and was very happy with them. There are all different sizes and colors so you can pretty much customize them however you want! :goodvibes Here's a couple pics of how mine turned out:

I used 5mm crystals and 7mm crystals to make mine on different projects...

I was at AC Moore the other day and they had a HUGE bag of glue-on and peel/stick on gems for like 10 bucks, it had all different colors and sizes...I contemplated buying them, but I'm not at that step yet. lol.

thanks for all the replies girls! I guess now i need to start looking for little pink crystals!

We went to Michael's and bought a multi-pack that included three sizes of clear swarovksi crystals. I think we ended up using the biggest ones and the smallest ones to make the Mickey's and had planned to scatter some of the other size ones around the veil, but never got that far, which was fine. We found that the easiest way to do it was to lay the veil flat out on a table. We taped it down with masking tape and put masking tape pieces exactly where we wanted the Mickey's to go. My sister went around and did all the big circles, then all one ear, then all the other. We let it dry for a bit then peeled the masking tape off and let them continue to set overnight. Super easy actually. Here are some pics!
