Mickey character dining outside of park

Aside from Chef Mickey, what are the other Character dining locations outside of the parks?…. AND it must include Mickey.

Rivera has one. Potentially Ohana, when it reopens (if it brings back the same characters).

Topolino’s Terrace at the Rivera Resort has Mickey in a special artist costume and that meal was some of the best character interactions we’ve ever had tbh aside from Crystal Palace.

Are the characters here for breakfast only or do they also come out during dinner?

Just breakfast but the last breakfast seating is at 12:15pm, I believe. We had an 11:25am reservation and did brunch.
