Mickey and NFL Team Designs Anyone??

I am wondering if any of you creative Disers have any t-shirt designs or would be willing to make a design with Mickey Head with the following NFL team the Bears. Would like to make one for my DH birthday.

If you look on page 4 you will see another NFL thread by gramto I think. Once you get there I think on page one or two you will find Da Bears. I think it has tigger on it tho. Hope this helps
