Mickey and minnie wedding ears

I have been watching the american forums and you sure know how to have a great wedding.We are travelling to florida on 23/11/06 for 2 weeks and getting married on the 30/11/06 at cypress grove.We have limosene champagne etc but to be honest my partner was not so keen on a full disney doo not like me!! Some one advised us to purchase the mickeymouse ears for the bride and groom.Are these availible in most parks and will it give me the chance to give my favorite charecter Goffy a special hug and kiss.Iv heard you get little perks from wearing these.Is this true??Im so excited as it is coming up to only 3 weeks till we go.Does anyone have any tips on where to eat.We ahve the ddp booked and have ADR at boma spoodles,ohana and calofornia grill.Hope you can help

Definately get the bride and groom ears. I bet even without the ears that you will get the chance (on more than one occasion) to get to hug goofy! Just keep your eyes and ears open!

Definitely get the ears...they are available almost anywhere (resort gift shops too).

My guess is, yes, you can probably get a special pic with Goofy (he's one of our favorites too!).

And, if you happen to catch him in just the right moment (and depending on who his "friend" is)...you might get him to marry you again...like we did:

You can also get a free button (badge) from guest services in any of the parks that says just married or something similar. Think there's been a thread on here about the new ones recently.

Yup, they do have new ones now. They are Cinderella and the Prince. I actually wanted to get one of the old ones but they didn't have them anymore.

My hubby's head was too big so the groom ears didn't fit, but the regular mickey hats did, so we got an 06 hat and had Groom embroidered on the back

congrats on your up coming wedding. My dh wouldnt wear the mickey ears, but I bought my bride ones. I bought mine at mgm, near tower of terror. Alot of the stores didn't have any in stock when we were there for our honeymoon at the beginng of the mo. Even World of disney in dtd only had a few on the racks. A few of the cast memebers said they were having a hard time keeping them on the shelf.
