Did you get it to work?I keep getting "we can't complete your purchase right now"...... getting super frustrated !!! (I'm using a Disney gift card to pay, so I don't know if that's it ?)

At 11:55pm I was refreshing the page and then Disney logged me out of my account and when I tried to log back in it forced me to change my password. I am not saying it will work but could try resetting it? Idk. I am just throwing ideas out there?
I am still getting this same message. I have an Android phone so I tried laptop in edge & chrome and still no luck.I downloaded chrome on my laptop and I am still getting the same issue. I click add to cart and then it says your cart is empty. Have a cart ID?

So it has to be something with your dis account. Log out and change your password (this will log you out of every device and web browser). Then try and log back in. If that doesnt work then sadly i think you‘re going to have to call.Nope. Tried water park tickets and got the same error
