Joe Jackson Sees 'A Lot of Michael' in Prince, Paris and Blanket

Almost everyone watching and attending the Grammys last weekend teared up when Michael Jackson’s children, Prince and Paris, stepped up to the mic to accept their dad’s lifetime achievement award. In the new issue of People, Joe Jackson says his grandchildren called him as soon as they got off stage.
”They said, ‘Grandpa, did you see us?’” says Joe. “They were so excited, happy and proud,” says a source close to the family. Prince and Paris, Jackson’s two oldest kids, walked off hand-in-hand, arms swinging, and gave the Grammy to their brother Blanket.
But how are Jackson’s kids really doing, seven months after their father died? According to family friends, they are adjusting and bravely carrying on.
The three kids “are wonderful,” long-time family friend Kathy Hilton tells People. If it was Michael’s dream to give his kids the childhood he never had, he would be happy with how they’re being raised in his absence: They take karate lessons, visit the library, have family dinners and attend their grandmother’s church on Saturdays. “I see a lot of Michael in those kids,” says Joe Jackson. “They are strong like him.”

My son shares a birthday with Blanket.
We'll be celebrating on the same day forever!

They are ordering a cake, wrapping gifts, sending invites at the same time as I am. LOL! I bet the boys even get some of the same gifts!

Its so special that MJ and I welcomed our babies into the world on the same day. (It'd be cool to know what time Blanket was born!)

You guys im really bummed out today.. this morning i got a call form my mom telling me that one of my dogs that was keeping my aunt and my cousin company passed away she found her dead whe she got home from work.. she was old she was 14 years old.. but man was she an energetic old lady hehe
Im so sad!

ince we first announced the return of “Captain EO” on the Disney Parks Blog, there has been an incredible response from fans, and we’ve received many enthusiastic emails and phone calls asking exactly when the classic “Captain EO” attraction featuring Michael Jackson will reopen.
Today, we are excited to give you an update on the Captain’s return!
On Tuesday, February 23, as a tribute to the magic, music and messages of “Captain EO,” the 3-D musical adventure is returning to the Tomorrowland theater in which it debuted. While it’s not possible to replicate some special effects elements from the original presentation, it will boast a new 70mm print of the film, and it will sound better than ever thanks to acoustic enhancements made to the theater since the film last played there in 1997.

(FINALLY!!!! I've waiting for an official opening. We were going to go first week of March but JUST finalized plans for the end of April since we hadnt heard about Captain EO's opening. LOL! Oh well. As long as we go, right?)

Arnie Klein in Jacket Flap with Michael Jackson

Dr. Arnold Klein -- Michael Jackson's longtime dermatologist and friend -- has filed a claim against Michael Jackson's estate ... but this time it's not about money -- Arnie wants his jacket back!

Dr. Klein claims Michael borrowed a Gianfranco Ferre green jacket from him several months before he died -- a jacket Klein claims is worth $10,000.

According to the claim, "The jacket has not been returned prior to death and has not been returned after death (although demand has been made)."

Klein is not asking for any money, but wants his threads back.

Klein filed another claim against the Michael Jackson estate back in October -- for $48,522.89 for medical services.

OK What a heck of a friend! I dont know bout you guys but i would not care about a darn jacket no matter how much it costs when my friend died! these people are so insensitive.. Our poor Mj was surrounded bye a bunch of vultures. What is he gonna do with the jacket? Oh i know he's prob gonna go on eBay and sell it !
