Miami cruisers anyone recommend a car service/tour company not driving?

We're spending some time in Miami post cruise and driving isn't an option (none of us are drivers!) I've read a lot of negative info about disreputable car services/taxi dramas.

Can anyone recommend any companies they used in Miami for tours etc please?

I would love this info too as we are visiting Miami both pre and post our cruise.

Well, we used Uber to get from our hotel near the airport to the port with no issues Not really a tour company though.

I live in Miami and have used Uber several times (as perviously posted) and it's worked fine. If you are staying downtown you can use the Metro Mover (free) to get around and evet the Metro Train to get to some locations in the city by father than Downtown (but the lines are limited) Downtown/Brickell also has a trolley service and so does Coral Gables (both free as well).
