Mexico open time?

At what timed does Mexico open these days? (trying to come up with a plan for December - going for FEA at 11am then heading out of park to go home shortly thereafter - so wondering if I could do 3 Caballeros before getting to Norway.

(The A&E M&G opens at 9am right?)

Norway opens at 9. Mexico opens at 11.

Is Norway only one that's open at 9 am? What actually is open in Norway other than FEA at 9 am? Thank you

The QS is open and serves breakfast, sort of. The ride is open and I believe the M&G is open. The TS restaurant is open. I'm not sure about the shops.

ALL of Norway opens with the Park at 9:00 AM.

When Norway began opening at 9:00 Mexico also was opening at 9:00,but no longer does so.

The QS and adjoining Merch Shop in France also open with the Park.
