I know Whole Foods sells them, and I've heard that Walmat sells them too, but I'm not positive if they do around here.

I'm really losing it. I just yelled at my DH on the phone! He wanted to discuss what we were going to do again! I thought we finally made a decision last night! I can't handle him not being decisive, it's not like him!

yeah me too - course he is always like that. "where do you want to go for dinner? A? ok." then once I am savoring the dish I will order "uh lets go to B". "or C".

and now he has talked about staying. which with my inability to do anything storm fear paralysis is fine. I will hate myself for losing things but I am SO TIRED.

Our Walmart sells them, I have seen them and even bought some for our WDW trip this past Feb. WHY didn't I think of those when I was there the other day????!!!!!!!

Owell, do what I gotta do...we are looking at leaving anyway.

Oh and cajunmommy, that is SO funny. That is why I only buy canned goods I KNOW we will eat. We will not eat canned tuna without mayo and other stuff and I hate canned prepared tuna salad. You ARE right though-lots of this will end up at a food bank. Which is a good thing, b/c I read that Covington's food bank was low on goods last month!

and the stuff I would be upset about is losing 1) new kitchen cabinets and appliances 2) living room furniture - ent center, couches, piano (mom's from 1958), grandmother's china cabinet 3) wooden frame bed with nice mattress that I still owe $500 on 5) slate tile in my bathrooms

and none of that is stuff that can be easily hoisted above the flood waters. but whatcha gonna do?

I know! I told DH last night that I was annoyed that this Gustav mess was putting a major damper on my countdown dancing. I should be vacation plotting, not hurricane tracking! And there is another depression in the Atlantic that they say may make landfall in central Florida next Friday (the day we leave). I hope that it just heads out to sea- poor Florida! But, I'd rather be at Disney during a hurricane than here, that's for sure!

where can you buy those milks?

K - Lori probably gets hers from her DH @ Whole Foods. However, I also remember seeing little juice-box sizes of them @ WalMart. Someone else needs to help as to where in the store....I'm thinking either by the canned milks (pet milk, condensed milk, etc.) in the baking aisle OR for some strange reason I'm remembering them by the section that has the meal replacement bars. I bet the larger Rouses stores would have them as well.

darnit I was at WF yesterday - didn't think to look. and dd and dh do NOT eat tuna or much canned stuff. spoiled brats!! so buying items like that really isn't good for us. DH seemed a LITTLE too excited about breaking out the stash of MRE's (remember those gals?) and about possibly getting to eat them. he is REALLY freaking me out....

We may leave a bit earlier because of Hanna now- we are waiting to see what happens with that. We have determined that we won't go there for Gustav because it is just too much sooner before our trip and DH doesn't want to be that far away from home in case we have to come back for some reason. We talked about heading west for Gustav, but with the forecast heading more west now, we don't know what to do!

I hate this waiting period- it is the worst part!

I WISH we had WF's over here for THAT reason. It is about $1.25-ish at Walmart, maybe more, I hardly pay attention with it-I just know she likes them a lot.

I know, I really don't wanna go as far as Dallas even(7.5 hours) but that is where we went for K and we have friends and a family member or 2 there(since we used to live there). He KNOWS he can work there. I was silently hoping to head toward Disney(and HE even booked something close for ME on his own), if we had to pay for hotel and gas anyway, but he probably won't budge on that and I am not fighting it- not worth it.I was really impressed by my DH's actions for K, so I will stick with where he says this time. I usually fight doing anything, but since we were all safe and it worked out SO well (what he did) for K(safety wise)-I'll give him hurricane duty from now on!!!

He came back and helped the branches clean up-it was a mess, like everything else. Fish in a bank... interesting-among other things.

Nah, you just confirmed that I wasn't hallucinating! Except I think @ our WM the energy bars & SF snacks are @ the end of the cereal aisle next to the PopTarts & Fruit Rollups (kind of ironic).

I know the feeling, Johnny and I both had very short fuses last night.

I'm feeling a little better now, I took 1/2 of a xanax, something I rarely ever use, but I really was losing it.

Now I just mad! The pharmacy can't fill some of my prescriptions early because THE INSURANCE COMPANY WON'T ALLOW IT!!! Only if a mandatory evacuation is called can they fill it! Well by that time, we'll be needing to get out, not fill prescriptions!
