Hi Y'all. Look at my signature!!!! Rie had 2 friends over today and I asked her if she wanted me to take the 3 of them to WDW and she said yes!!! As long as Derwood (the boyfriend - thanks Endora) is not around, she's up for having fun.

I've never been to the WL to stay at Christmas but I've seen it and it's gorgeous!!!!

Hey ya'll, it has been a lovely and relaxing Labor Day here. I am glad that all our Dissers are recovering and hopefully we will have a calmer week this week.

The plans for tonight is to watch Coraline, Spencer's favorite movie and fold these clothes I have been washing all weekend..

we went there last year to eat and take a sleigh ride....santa is there and mickey with his old time (1800's) suit....it is beautiful!

Cara, I liked "Coraline" a lot. The cat was my favorite character--he was so cool. I've seen the movie 3 times.

November 20th
CRT - 5:40 Dinner and we're staying for the MVMCP

November 21st
Whispering Canyon 4:30

November 22nd
Coral Reef 4:15

November 23rd
Chefs de France 5:40

November 24th
Brown Derby 5:45

We fly in on the night of the 19th and I got the dining plan. It's not the savings it once was but it is nice not to pull out my wallet for every meal. We don't have a reservation for either our 1st or last day ( 25th) because we're using the credits for CRT and the Brown Derby.

We had a quiet weekend here. Didn't do any of the things I planned. I guess they'll keep to next weekend .

It's amazing how being off a week from school can throw a child off her schedule.

Yes the WL is beautiful during the Christmas season. Aly and I stayed there the week before Christmas in 05. The tree is beautiful and the lobby is decorated so nicely. We loved just sitting in the lobby enjoying the ambiance and the fireplace. If you get a chance, check out the large ginger bread house at the Grand Floridian as well.

Thank-you. The only disappointment was nothing available for the Sci Fi. That's Rie's favorite but I'll make triple sure we get it for April.

Alexis update: No fever last night! She is feeling better, this morning she couldn't keep down her food, but by this evening did it. They really wanted her to start moving more & the great nurse she had today, talked her into a long walk down the hall. Where she found this crazy little riding toy, you put your feet up & turning the handle from side to side & your body movement makes it go. She loved it & it definitly got her moving. The dr was considering letting her out today, but her white blood cell count was still too high & she needed to be able to eat. So hopefully tomorrow, she might get out.

I spoke with Lori this evening & know you girls had a surprise up your sleeves for my girl. I don't know if it arrived but both Chris & I are amazed at what good people you all are! I don't know how I've been so lucky to come across such a great group of wonderful friends! Y'all are the best!

Thanks Sheryl. I am so glad Alexis is doing much better. My heart has been breaking for such a small girl to have to endure so much pain.

Sheryl- Alexis is more beautiful in person! Even though we didn't get to see her awake, she was angelic sleeping soundly. I look forward to more video of her dancing and singing in the future! Chris was very sweet too! My heart goes out to her. Had NO plans to actually meet them, b/c we planned to be quiet about it. The goodies were from all of us NOLA gals.

Then I went to my moms house to feed the cats(ugh, long story), which I am doing 3-4 times this week on top of the other things that are starting this week with schooling and finishing up packing! I am at the point that I am not sure I care if we are done packing- lets just GO!

Now I think Rie has a bladder infection. She feels pressure to go but can't.

Alexis update: No fever last night! She is feeling better, this morning she couldn't keep down her food, but by this evening did it.
