Merida meet & greet?

In all of my FP+ Elsa & Anna mess, I meant to ask if anyone has any info on meeting Merida. Where is she? Is it something I should carve an extended amount of time for? My 2 year old has randomly gotten into Brave this past couple of months and asks to watch it almost daily. Thanks!

It can be a bit of a wait. It's not FP+ I don't think. But we waited about 35 minutes or so? We just happened to jump in line right before she came back from break

She meets in the Fairy Tale garden to the right of the castle. If you're coming from Main Street turn right near Cosmic Ray's. it's a bit tucked out of the way, but you'll see the sign and there is a cart of products. If you are at Cheshire Cafe you're gone too far.

It's hard to miss if you know what you're looking for

Just wanna add that the wait is totally worth it! Her area is very beautiful, the line is full of Brave scenery and the interactions are great. Totally worth the 35ish minutes!

We absolutely adore Merida!! And so worth the meet! We were 2nd in line early a.m. as she was our first stop! But no, no bear brothers.

Oh no!!! I saw pictures of it and was so excited to see it.

Ahhh, well... maybe Disney magic will bring it back when we're there. It can happen!

This is one of the few I want to see for me! I really hope my teenage daughter won't be too "cool" to go to it with me.

Our last trip was Aug 2012 and I don't even remember Merida being in the park I hate that we missed her if she was.

We haven't had a focus on character meets for a long time. Last time there was a must-do it was the new Tink and Friends and DD was 9.

Totally agree. We had an awesome time meeting her...... very fun and interactive. Great memories.

We went for a weekend trip just to go to MVMCP and my 16yo was intent on meeting Merida (she has never been concerned with meeting characters before). It was the best character interaction I could imagine. We were first in line and she grabbed DD by the hand and skipped in with her. She was like a little kid and I was almost in tears. My two younger kids also enjoyed meeting her, but the experience for my oldest is one she will remember forever.

That said, I believe Flynn lasted quite a bit longer.
