I cant believe that 11 more days til Christmas an the menus are not out yet for Citricos, guess we will be surprised when we go to eat our dinner  what are they waiting for?

We had Christmas Eve dinner at Citricos six years ago and I didn't see the menu until we arrived at the restaurant.:goodvibes

That night, the menu had some of the regular items as well as some specials.

The online menus are posted after the fact so I don't think you will see the menu ahead of time.

Bon apetit!

Where are you eating? I called recently to change come of our ressies around. The cm was able to give me very detailed menu information about our Christmas meals. (This was especially helpful for Whispering Canyon b/c DH wouldn't have liked the dessert.)

I am eating in Citricos, I just want to make sure it isn't a traditional turkey dinner because I hate turkey I can gag at the thought of it. :rotfl:

I never knew Disney released menus. I thought that the websites that posted them got them from people who reported back.

DebbieB: As far as I know Disney does not release or publish menus.
How the CM mentioned in Nola_Tinks post got inside information is a puzzle.
From past experience I know that at least some (if not many) of the Disney Dining CM's have no clue as to what is on the various restaurant menus.

I can't imagine Citricos serving just turkey. I'll bet you there will be an a la carte menu. I rather imagine turkey won't even be an option on it. I sure don't remember it on the menu back in 2002.

When you call 1-800-wdw-dine to make ressies for WDW restaurants, you can ask the cm for menu & pricing information. I called in August & they were able to give me a very detailed brunch menu when I made ressies for 12/25 at Chef Mickey's. (The cm actually read the entire menu to me.) I called another time to ask about s'mores at 50's PTC & make ressies. He was able to check his "menu" or "info" screen & he confirmed that s'mores were on the dessert menu at 50's PTC. Maybe it's something new just this year, but I thought that info was always available.

We are having Christmas diner at WCC would you mind telling me what they are offering?

From what I understand on here they do release the special Christmas menus, they did for Thanksgiving so why wouldn't they for Christmas. I know I am waiting to see when it gets posted. Not like I can change my ressie now but atleast I will know what I am in for.

1) Citricos offers ONLY holiday meals on Christmas.
2) They do not offer ala carte or regular menu items.

Nola_Tink: I hope you are right and they CAN see all the menus. Of course, the menus constantly change, so updating will always be a problem.

Looking at Last Years menus, I don't see any special menu for Citricos http://www.wdwinfo.com/holidays/Christmasdining.htm#grand

I was going to suggest seeing what they did last year, guess that idea needs to be scrapped. :rotfl:

Hopefully they release something soon, or someone who was there last year pops in to let us know what they had for dinner.
