I looked at the menus for the 4-night and Palo's from this site:

www.dcltribute.com

And The nav's.

They didn't have Brunch at Palo menu...

was wondering if anyone had that, and could tell me if those menu's (the AP, PC, Triton's, MC, and Palo on there is correct)

and if the Nav's are correct or if someone has them scanned for recent cruise...

I'd appreciate it.

Just had Brunch at Palo about 10 days ago. There is a small menu with items you can order (mimosas, blueberry pancakes, eggs benedict, pizza, pasta alfredo-type dish with chicken are some I remember) but primarily there is a buffet. Your server takes you around to explain what everything is. There are sample plates on display of the order items. The scrumptious buffet - higher end than a normal buffet - had Alaskan King Crab legs, jumbo shrimp, marinated grilled eggplant (yum), salad, hummous, roasted garlic cloves (yum), breads and pastries and a large dessert table. It was really wonderful.

The other menus looked correct or darn close. The second night you go to a restaraunt there is a different menu from the first night you were there.

As an FYI, DH, who works in the food business, took the Galley Tour - a behind the scenes look at the restaraunts - and was very impressed with the order and cleanliness. Saw the video myself and I can assure you it is sparkling clean!! Disney takes great pride in it's shipboard food service and it shows.

Thanks,
You see... the 'last night' menu. the Master Chef's. Looks good. And I'm trying to decide IF I want to eat at Palo's. By the menu items. My MAIN thing, was the dessert... so..

but people keep saying you can go to the bar w/ out res, and get dessert/ drink...

how does that work do you know?

We've done both the brunch and dinner at Palo. We really loved it both times. We usually eat at family style restaraunts with our kids so this was really a special treat. I loved seeing the ocean outside during the daytime. I missed the chocolate souffle, though, at brunch.

I was trying to remember the dinner menu from our 03 cruise. I had cod which was prepared nicely and was delicious (can't remember what was on it though), DH had filet mignon which was great, and friends both had lamb chops. Dessert was really wonderful. Our server brought out 6 desserts for the four of us!! Two chocolate souffles (to die for and DH is a pastry chef), 2 tiramisus, a cappucino cheesecake and a cooked cream. All were delish. We especially loved the souffle and the cheesecake.

The food is really good on the ship but the whole experience at Palo is extraordinary. If you have a chance to go you should try it. If I had to pick one I would probably take dinner so I could get the souffle but I would miss the ocean views in the daytime.

Sorry, I never noticed a bar. A couple on our cruise I know did both the brunch and dinner in one trip. Perhaps you could ask the bar question on a new thread?? Good luck. :boat:

P.S. The desserts at brunch were not as impressive as at dinner.
